Cancellation, Reschedule, and other Policies

 

  • No refunds on any services
  • Reserved spots in classes receive priority over walk ins
  • All classes are closed 10 minutes after start time, no exceptions
  • Classes will not be credited back to your account if arrival is past class closing time
  • Students on Unlimited Memberships will receive a $10 charge to their card on file if arrival time is past class closing time
  • Aerial, Pole, and Group Fitness classes have a cancellation policy of 6 hrs from class start time. Class credits are given with cancellations of more than 6 hrs notice.
  • Aerial, Pole, and Group Fitness classes canceled with 6 or less hours notice will not receive a class credit back to their account.
  • Students on Unlimited Memberships will receive a $10 charge to their card on file for any cancellations of 6 hrs or less
  • Students on Memberships will receive a $10 charge for Open Pole if they late cancel (6 or less hrs notice), no show, or arrive past class closing time
  • Online signups close 3 hrs before class start time
  • All classes must have at least 3 people signed up by 3 hrs before class start time in order to run
  • If any class does not have enough sign ups, the instructor will notify students via text 3 hrs before class start if the class is a no go and will receive a class credit to their account
  • Personal Training services have a 24 hr cancellation policy
    • 1 late cancel (less than 24 hrs notice) is allowed without penalty per personal training package
    • 2 or more late cancels per personal training package will not receive a credit back to account
  • Party Courtesy Reschedule Fee of $50 will be due for any reschedule requests of 7-2 days from reserved dated and time of party
  • Party Courtesy Reschedule Fee of $100 will be due for any reschedule requests of 24 hrs or less notice from reserved date and time of party
